Hands On DC

Roll up your sleeves and join your sisters in making a DC public school a better place to be. Hands On DC brings thousands of volunteers together for a one-day work-a-thon that improves public school conditions in the district and raises money for college scholarships. Since 1994 more than 26,000 volunteers have created a better environment for learning in over 120 schools and have collected more than $570,000 to help local students pay for further education. This will be our sixth year participating.
