Hello Alpha Xi Delta Sisters!
We are very excited to present our calendar of events for 2011-2012. From September to June, there's something for everyone, from sharing stories and making valentines, to meeting for lunch or a play. We'll be working with our national philanthropy, Autism Speaks, at the National Walk on October 22 and helping at community events to support their research and education efforts. We'll also be working with local philanthropy efforts in Washington, DC to strengthen its public schools, and in Fairfax County to support a family shelter.
As tradition has it, we'll be selling pecans and other yummy things to support our efforts, including financial assistance to the Iota Alpha Chapter at George Mason University.

The Northern Virginia Alumnae Association is a wonderful organization, and we are always happy to welcome newcomers. Whether you are new to the area or have been out of touch for a while, please join us! It's going to be a great year, filled with friends of long-standing, and friends you'll meet along the way.
