 Brrrr! Theta Delta chpater sisters from Towson and several alumnae braved the elements to be a cheerful presence at M & T Bank Stadium, home of the Ravens. Over 2000 people came out to walk and enjoy the resource fair. Our chapter members were just tremendous! Fox5DC invited AXiD sister Ann Boeker Gibbons and Montgomery County Officer Laurie Reyes on to talk about how to keep children with autism safe.
 Alpha Xi Delta sisters from Iota Alpha Chapter at George Mason University did a phenomenal job supporting the National Walk Now for Autism Speaks! Northern VA Alumnae and Maryland Metro alumnae also participated, along with collegiate sisters from Delta Kappa chapter at Slippery Rock University (PA). AXiD Leadership Coach Brittany Donatelli, a Delta Kappa alumna, attended the National Walk for her 3rd consecutive year.
George Mason University sisters raised over $7,500 so far! Alumnae & Friends raised over $1,600 so far! Slippery Rock University sisters raised $500! Ann Gibbon's "Marshmallow Fuf" team raised over $4,400! THANK YOU, SISTERS, for all you do to support Autism Speaks! |
